Tell Me Tuesday is a weekly blog feature put on by La La in the Library. It is where we discuss what we have been, currently are, and will be reading. What are you reading? Tell me.
WHAT I READ LAST
Loved, loved this book! I laughed out loud so many times and there were some sweet moments too. I love how flawed and strong Louisa is in this story and I hope there will be more of her story to tell.

Goodreads Book Blurb
The uplifting and unforgettable true story of a US Marine, the stray dog he met on an Afghan battlefield, and how they saved each other and now travel America together, “spreading the message of stubborn positivity.” A poignant and inspiring tale of hope, resilience, and optimism, with a timeless message at its heart—”it is not what happens to us that matters, but how we respond to it.”
WHAT I AM READING NEXT
Goodreads Blurb
Zadie Anson and Emma Colley have been best friends since their early twenties, when they first began navigating serious romantic relationships amid the intensity of medical school. Now they’re happily married wives and mothers with successful careers–Zadie as a pediatric cardiologist and Emma as a trauma surgeon. Their lives in Charlotte, North Carolina are chaotic but fulfilling, until the return of a former colleague unearths a secret one of them has been harboring for years.
Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
THIS WEEK’S TOP TEN TUESDAY TOPIC IS…
Books That Have Been On My TBR the Longest and I Still Haven’t Read
I need to read the Silmarillion, too. It’s been on my bookshelf for nearly thirty five years. 😂
I’ll let you be the guinea pig for Rooms. I loved the cover, so when I saw it a Dollar Tree I had to have it. 😊
Thanks for TMTing.💜

You found it at Dollar Tree! I will need to look for it. I did just buy two dog books at Dollar Tree for our Dog Days of Summer Challenge!

I need that Haatchi book, but I want an ebook. I am going to see if the library has it online. If I end up not liking Rooms, and you like, it I’ll send it to you. 🙌

It took me years to get up the courage to read The Silmarillion too. It’s fascinating, though it took me like 6 months to read 😮

I like that cover of Queen of Hearts. And Journey to the Center of the Earth- I’ve never seen THAT cover and I love it. I have that book, loved the old movie as a kid, but don’t think I’ve ever read it? I need to find that version and get it!!
Also The Silmarillion. I love THAT version too, and am a big fan of Ted Nasmith’s art. His Rivendell pics are amazing!
